What is your favorite childhood memory?

I remember waking up at 3:00am to begin our family vacations by car. Every summer (after the hay was made) my parents would load five kids in the car and start out for destinations unknown. We traveled all over the country. Looking back, I realize they probably sacrificed a lot to take those 10 to 12 days away from the farm every year. Funny, I don't remember any arguments, only laughter.

What TV show did you enjoy as a kid? Why?

Gilligan’s Island. Always identified with Mary Ann. Probably acted more like Gilligan.

What was your favorite toy or game?

Etch-a-sketch…an omen?

What is the best thing you cook or bake?

Lasagna…although my nieces and nephews would say Special K Bars.

What do you do “just for fun”?  

Watching people, trying to guess their “story.” Find glimpses of art in everyday things and in unexpected places.

What work would you do if you weren’t in graphics?  

Home redesign and restoration.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

Getting a “wow” response from customers after coming up with a great solution to their graphics needs.
